Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority

Return Policy

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 7 days of your purchase.

1. Please email info@raysgem.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Replacement or Repair

1. We give 1 year limited warranty of free replacement/repair for purchased units with manufacturer defect.
2. Warranty period starts from delivery date. After 3 free repairs, if the device still doesn’t function, customers remain the right for a replacement unit.
3. All expense within warranty period will be paid/reimbursed by RAYSGEM. We will only charge the basic cost for out of warranty repair.
4. Sold products within warranty,RAYSGEM will collect the unit back if necessary and have it returned to customer within 7 working days.

Service Range

Circumstances below will be not covered by warranty service but paid service.
1. Out of warranty service
2. Without warranty reference and invoice
3. Warranty reference inconsistant with the unit that needs repair.
4. Damage caused by customer or a unauthorised third party.
5. Damage caused by customer during installation or other improper use.
6. Damage caused in transition.
7. Damage caused by irresistible incidents such as fire, flood, earth quake and etc..

Service process

1. Customers call/email for backup service.
2. RAYSGEM customer service confirms faulty product.
3. RAYSGEM customer service confirms service solution(repair/replacement)
4. Customers send faulty unit with written note of unit details to RAYSGEM customer service.
5. RAYSGEM receives faulty unit, test it and repair/replace.
6. RAYSGEM returns the repaired unit or send a replacement unit to the customer.

1. This statement only applies within the United Kingdom. Products used out of the UK will not be covered by the warranty service.
